    Disappointing product and service

    I got a laptop with faulty thermal fan. I asked Amazon to get the product replaced but they told me it will be replaced by the company and not by them. Then the customer care executive told me that I should’ve read the replacement policy before buying. I then approached HP for the replacement and they told me I can’t get it replaced just because I have lost the laptop Box and they need a proof of purchase. I mean I am providing the invoice, the warranty slip, and the serial number on invoice verifies the serial number on laptop. What more proof do you need? Then their system engineer told me that it is my fault that it can’t get replaced because I don’t have a cardboard box.A cardboard box is now costing me 52k. Make it make sense to me please.

    DEFECTIVE LAPTOP

    Got defective laptop, battey backup is just only 2.30 hrs, pathetic customer service from HP, they don’t take issue seriously, each technician will take 1-1.30 hrs remote session and it goes for days. At last they sent technician for replacement but provided wrong serial# , purchased one hp laptop in 2024, it was also a defective laptop and after a lot of struggle got replacememt, moreover CS say HP laptops will give backup only for 3 hrs. LOOKS LIKE DEFECTIVE LAPTOPS ARE PUT IN AMAZON.DEFECTIVE PRODUCTSWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
