Value for money
Bought these after my jjc flash receivers konked out. Was pleasantly surprised with the build quality. Very sturdy, easy battery change and controls are user friendly. Comes in a very nice pouch with space for the standCoupled with x1t transmitter it works as high speed sync flash with pretty good recycle times.Few downsides. The reflector card is difficult to remove if you have small nails. Overheating issues are there but it cools quickly.

One of my best purchase till date!
If you are looking for a good flash but don’t have a high budget, go for this! If your budget is slightly less, please save up and buy this! Don’t go for other brands. Godox has a complete ecosystem for a very low price, compared to brands like Profoto. If you have a slightly more budget or you need TTL, buy the TT685 or V1/ V860. This flash is equally powerful when compared to all the other models, but it is a manual flash. You need to learn how to use and what power to use in what situations. It is a universal mount so you can use it with any camera with a centre pin (Note- The centre pin is missing on the Canon 200D Mark ii). You can use this as an on camera flash, and also use it off camera- externally- with a Godox X1/ X2/ XPro trigger. You can also use this as a trigger to fire other Godox flashlights such as an AD200, AD600 and other Godox. flashlights, but you will have to use all flashes in manual control. No TTL. It has High Speed Sync, which helps in getting beautiful shots with good background separation (My camera- Nikon D5600 doesn’t have HSS support so check If your camera has the feature).

for Sony -Use with GodoxX1Ts or better still Godox TT350s
I have Sony A6000 and wanted a HSS off camera setup. My first purchase was the Godox 350TTs – small flash with HSS and master/slave and TTL as well as 2.4Ghz transmitter. Then after reading reviews and Dpreview advise , I bout the TT600 standard hotshot mount which can be used on any camera or off camera. This one does not have TTL for Sony but does have 2.4Ghz transmitter and can function in slave mode as HSS flash !!!.Now, I use 350s on camera , as a master flash and in off mode at HSS and this flash works just absolutely fine as off camera HSS .The power output can be controlled with master flash.Worth a buy, I bought it from Ahmedabad seller for Rs 5900( yes, includes that bl00dy 28% GST).

Batteries Get Stuck in The Battery Slot.
I bought 2 flashes and both have the same issue. The battery compartments are not to the right size and slot. Batteries get stuck in the compartments and one has to struggle for hours together to get them out. I cannot even return these as they can only be replaced. Very bad product by Godox. There is one battery which is still stuck and i will need to drill that out wasting one of my rechargeable batteries to this stupid product. I dont know if the seller can help me in this situation?. The product is returnable until the 5th of Nov 2018.

A fine speedlight
A fine economical speedlightPro:- works with both my Nikon and Fuji bodies.- good build quality- cheaper than TTL versions, yet gives the same result, adjusted manually.Con:- Since it doesn’t have TTL, it takes time to adjust output manually.- consumes more battery power than specified in the sales literature. .

An excellent speedlight for beginners with radio frequency receiver
An excellent product from Godox. Amature photographers like me with a shoe string budget will like the features. I have paired it with Godox X2T-N trigger. Both works like charm when in sync. It has many other features which are yet to be explored by me. Over all performance is excellent and as expected from Godox.Only thing that I was unsatisfied is the pakaging. It should have been a better option other than using a conventional plastic parcel bag. When I received the original Godox paper box/ carton was damaged due to poor handling. Since the product is undamaged and working good I didn’t return it.Amazon should improve upon their pakaging as well.
