    Decent product but warranty not honored for product issues

    Why did you pick this product vs others?:Based on recommendation from a neighbor and reviews on Amazon. Picture quality:Is decent.Functionality:Has good features. But after sales service is disappointing and i feel that warranty is not being honored for a faulty device.For 3 months the camera captured events on 128 gb SD card purchased from Amazon. Now after 3 months it suddenly stopped capturing the events although it captured continuous recording and also going offline every few days.  On contacting customer support,  they are asked me to format the SD card within camera first and then using a laptop. I followed both instructions but issue is not resolved.  Now they are claiming that SD card is faulty and i should buy a branded SD card to fux the problem.  I even tried their cloud storage but still events are not captured. Looks like a faulty piece or needs software update but customer care refuses to fix this. So i am going with 1 out of 5 stars.

    The media could not be loaded.

    I’m really satisfied with this CCTV camera. The motion sensor works very well and picks up movement accurately. The picture quality is clear, both during the day and at night. The 2-way communication feature is also very good, making it easy to talk through the camera without any disturbance. It’s simple to use and set up, even for someone new to such devices. Overall, it’s a great product at this price and definitely worth it.
