Q. Camera going offline after some time
Answer: There are 3 possible reasons
- Camera provides temporary hotspot (MVXXXXXXXX); This is only for WiFi setup propose, It can’t be use for watching live. If the phone is connected to camera hotspot it will go offline after some time.
- If you are using mobile hotspot to provide internet then make sure the mobile hotspot is always near the camera.
- WiFi Range- Ideal Installation Location is within 15-20 Feet (with no interference) from WiFi Device. It’s HD video camera and needs high quality WiFi network & high internet speed.

This security camera offers some impressive features for its price point…. With 3MP Full HD resolution, it provides a clear picture, and the pan and tilt functionality with 360-degree coverage is a huge plus, letting you monitor a wide area remotely…. The two-way audio is great for communicating,.. and the motion detection with alerts is essential for security. It’s also nice that it supports up to a 256GB SD card for continuous recording,,… so you don’t have to rely solely on cloud storage.Overall, it seems like a solid, feature-rich camera for anyone looking to set up a smart home security system

Do not buy , most featurea are paid
1-Ai feature human detection is paid2-most features is paid only , u can only use this for real time watching no other options3-amazon refused to retun the item4-recording time is not indian , it is very difficult to retrieve the recordings, even if u use contionous recordings, automatic recording for human derection is paid for this price other cameras provid ai detection5-annoyings ads will play every time u open the app,6- the product is a china, serious concern with privacy

Good product overall. Unfortunately, it developed a problem after two months of use. I returned it to the service centre, and it has now been fixed. I am currently waiting to receive the product back.

Made in India but software is from China!!
User friendly quick setup. Though it states made in India, the app V380pro used to view is a china product. Lots of advertisements… everytime you open the app, the live streaming is not loading. You need to click resume. However the sd card recording is continuous. Overall value for money. Camera and audio quality is worth the money

Horrible process to get the repair service.
Purchased in the month of Feb-2025 and since one week (May 15th onwards) its stopped working.As I have 1 year product warranty, tried to raise a repair request to get it repaired but customer care staff saying we need to send a courier of the product to Bangalore even though you are living in other state , once they received it they will check and update you.Customer need to pay Courier charges (Horrible).If I found this process before purchasing the product I would have purchased other brand.I feel the process to get the repair of the product is not easy and friendly.I would suggest company to provide home visit to get the product repaired, otherwise company should provide courier pickup to customer (Money should be paid by company not by customer)Over all service and product quality needs to be improved.And Conclusion I won’t recommend this product to be purchased by anyone until unless you want to follow the above horrible process to get the service.
