   Taste is ok. It doesn’t change the food taste.

   Actually this might help a small or bit only. Anyhow we must need to add more vegetables and other food which have fiber.Because I tried it with plain briyani rice. But no stool formation. Because I ate ruce only which have no fiber. And one another point is taste is ok. I mean no taste and we can mix with the food. No change in food taste.

   Lack of Fiber in Diet is our Blind Spot

   Importance of sufficient fiber in our daily meal was really felt after i started consumer Good Monk -Fiber FIX. Slipping it into my daily meal without affecting the taste made the incorporation easy and then the effect is seen withing two days. I feel good with bowel movement and my hunger pangs are under check.    Not healthy and safe

   I had a very bad and frightening experience after consuming a product from Good Monk. Soon after eating it, I developed severe rashes, swelling, and uncontrollable itching all over my body, including my face. This was not mild discomfort — it was a serious allergic reaction that forced me to stop immediately.This is completely unacceptable from a brand that claims to be “healthy” and “safe.” Such reactions raise serious questions about ingredient quality, testing, and transparency. Health-focused branding means nothing if the product can trigger reactions like this.I feel misled and unsafe using this product. People with allergies, sensitive skin, or existing health issues should stay away or consult a doctor first. No consumer should have to risk their health like this.Good Monk needs to take responsibility, improve quality control, and clearly warn consumers about possible reactions.I would not recommend this product at all based on my experience
