    The best book on health ever written

    This is possibly the most important and most useful book on our health you will ever read. I listened to the audio book by audible and the narration by the author Dr Greger who is also the author just makes it all the more better. The scientific basis or rebuttal of so many long held notions on diet and health was eye opening to say the least. The whole discussion on the importance of gut bacteria, the types of calories, time restricted eating and so on, seems so crystal clear after listening to Dr Greger, but something that one would never have anticipated or come across in our daily lives.The taking down of major diet fads, fraudulent studies and marketing campaigns but big food, big pharma, big health nexus as he calls it is amazing. As an add-on , independent of the diet aspects, the methods used by dr greger to question correlation vs causation studies and the chronology of outputs from famous diet experiments are sure to rub on the readers who would start invoking a similar manner of analysis in many other aspects in life.If there is only one book that needs to be read on diet and health, this is it.
