Loved the taste and texture.
The flavour is really good and the powder blends perfectly, does not even leave any clumps and all. What I liked the most is the after taste. Usually the protein powders that I have tried earlier gave me that chalky after taste but that’s not the case here.So I highly recommended it.

Tastes good. It’s been a while I’m drinking Ruokamill, and I could feel the changes already in my mood and energy and it doesn’t cause any bloating too. I personally like the vanilla flavour, and would definitely recommend it.

My first impressions of the product have been quite good. The vanilla flavour is quite tasty and felt quite light to consume for the first try. The composition seems quite impressive but will review it again after having it regularly for a month.

Chocolate flavour is indulgent, but it’s all clean and light. Texture of the powder is not lumpy. It has Mild and natural flavour but Tastes better with chilled milk.

Really good product, Overall High Nutrition value
I started giving it (the Ruokamill – Little One) kids wala to my kids two months back, I can clearly see the difference, specially in their diet and overall energy levels. Now I ordered it for my wife, she has been able to easily blend it in her regular diet. It is now her complete meal at night. Rich on Vitamins, Minerals and High protien, No added Suger, No Maltodextrine, Omega-3 it’s a complete package and value for money.
